Ingredients

    1/4 cup Cognac
1/4 cup Orange Juice, Minute Maid Original Premium-Calcium
1/4 cup Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Brown sugar, light
    2 Tbsp Lime Juice
    2 Garlic cloves, minced
    1/4 cup diced sweet onion
    1 lb Salmon

Directions

Combine 1st 8 ingredients in ziplock bag. Add salmon & refrigerate 2-8hrs turning occasionally.

Bring to room temp before cooking.

Remove salmon from marinade. ~When placing fish on pan for grilling (I use a foil-lined pan) spreading the onions/garlic pieces over the top of the fish helps keep it from getting dry~ Broil or grill 6min on each side or until flakes easily with fork. Can baste when turned over if desired.

NOTE on the nutritionals:
Since at LEAST 1/2 of the marinade is not consumed, I intentionally modified the amount for a more accurate calorie count (removed 1/3)
