It becomes kind of like chips and salsa with an eggy twist. So take the measurments as a guide line and make as much of it or as little that works for you. Ingredients

1 Egg
about 1/3 cup salsa (pick your heat)
1 flour tortilla
cooking spray
Directions
1. Put a pan on low and add the salsa.
2. Once the salsa begins to bubbt around the edges up the heat to round medium high and add the egg how ever you enjoy eating it.
*If that is srambles thenmix in with the salsa.
*If not make a hole in te salsa and set the egg in it.
3. Be sure to either continue to move the salsa until the egg is cooked.
4. Now take out the salsa and egg ogether and set it in a bowl or plate.
5. cut up the tortilla into cip like chunks
*If you have tortilla chips in the house you may be able to skip the rest f this and enjoy!
6. Put the pan on high and spray with cooking sray, add cut up tortilla and cok until both sides are crispy and or lightly brown.
7. Set on top of the egg and salsa and enjoy!
