This is good for a cold day and one of my families favorites.
This is only the chicken part. I like to use the sparks recipe Abby's Corn Bread recipe from sparks for the Egg bread part.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 onion, chopped
    1 can Cream of Chick Soup (98% Fat Free)
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% Fat Free)
    5 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces.
    1 tbs white pepper ground

Directions

Saute chicken and onion together until no longer pink. Add soup and pepper, mix well. Cover and simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Serve over corn bread of your choice.
