Ingredients

    1 medium onion, quartered
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 bag baby carrots
    32 ounce box of chicken broth
    5 cloves of garlic
    2 Tablespoons of Truvia
    2 Tablespoons Bragg's Cider Vinegar
    3 lb. Corned Beef brisket
    1 medium head of cabbage, quartered

Directions

Peel onion and quarter.
Peel potatoes and quarter.

In a small bowl or measuring cup combine 1 cup of Chicken broth with Truvia, Vinegar and seasoning packet that comes with the corned beef.

Put Onion in Crockpot followed by carrots and potatoes. Place Corned Beef atop the vegetables and then pour Vinegar and Truvia mixture over top followed by the rest of the box of broth. Top with cabbage and place lid on top.

Cook 8 hours on low.

    Amazing flavor! So easy to make! Used regular sugar and cider vinegar, and everyone thought it tasted great! Will definitely become my go to recipe for Corned Beef! - 3/19/17
