This was given to me by a friend and we really like it. You can add garlic power, onion powder or whatever else you would like including different vegetables. Ingredients

    1 container Fat Free Cream Cheese
    chopped red peppers
    chopped celery
    chopped carrots
    chopped cucumbers
    garlic powder - optional
    onion powder - optional

Directions

Chop the vegetables according to your tastes (big pieces or food processor them for finer pieces) and mix in with softened cream cheese. You can add garlic power and/or onion powder if desired.

This is really good spread thinly on bread as a spread for a tuna or cold cut sandwich.
