Introduction

Ingredients

    5 lbsBeef, bottom sirloin, tri-tip roast, trimmed
    1 small Onion
    1 tbsp Cumin
    1 tbsp Oregano
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Salt
    4 cup Chicken Broth
    Garlic, 1 clove
    1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    10 fl oz Regular Beer
    2 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1to2 tsp New Mexico Chili powder
    1 can Petite Cut Diced or stewed Tomatoes
    4 cups water approx depend how thick you like your chili

Directions

Trim meat, cut meat in bite size pieces and brown in olive oil. Dice onions & mince garlic. Add all ingredients in a big pot or crock pot. Simmer for about 4 hours. Add more spice if you like extra spicy chili.
