Introduction

A quick and easy lunch or dinner. A quick and easy lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed.
    1 can whole reduced sodium tomatos, broken into pieces
    1 can low sodium broth (chicken, beef or vegetable)
    1.5 cups diced, low fat ham
    0.5 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb seasoning

Directions

Drain Beans and rinse to remove excess sodium. Add to cooking pot along with Tomatoes, Broth, Ham and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Cook until boiling, then let simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Serve. Enjoy. Makes 4 servings.
