Directions

I have a cusinart soft Ice cream maker But this also makes a nice pudding if you don't have an ice cream maker.

Places all ingreidients in order listed into a blender or food processor blend on high speed until smooth. If not making frozen dessert right way cover & refrigerate.

Turn on Ice cream maker & pour in ingredients. check after 15 minutes, it may take a bit longer than that.

    Good
I thought it was ok, very chocolatey but not in the best way. i think it would be very good with whipped cream mixed into it or at least on top to cut the dry chocolaty coco powder taste - or maybe use less coco powder. - 5/6/11

I used it as a filler for a pie, together with a prepared 9" Graham Cracker Pie Crust. I started with a 16oz Silken Tofu, rather than the drink, and put it in the blender. Next time I think I would use a little less cocoa and a little more vanilla. All together - fun and delicious. - 3/24/10
