    2 egg whites - poached
    1/4 cup mushrooms
    1 slice tomato
    1 leaf romaine lettuce
    1 tbs light mayonnaise (optional)
    1 oz Almond Cheese

Directions

Poach egg whites
Toast Bread
Spread mayo on bread (optional), top with poached egg, cheese, mushrooms, tomato and lettuce

Slice Sandwich in half and enjoy!
