Introduction

Ingredients

    Add 2 tsp. of active dry yeast to 1 cup of warm water, stir and let stand 5 minutes.
    In your stand mixer, with the dough hook attachment, add 2 cups of flour, a dash of salt and stir together. ONce yeast is disolved add to the flour and stir until moist, you may need to add a couple of tsp. of water. Pour 1/2 tsp. of oilive oil on side of bowl and spin dough 3-4 times to prevent it from sticking to bowl while rising.

    Let rise at least 1.5 hours. Chop
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    mushrooms to make 2 cups

    Lather your hands with olive oil, spray your pizza pan with non-stick spray and press your dough onto pan. Spread one can of pizza sauce and mushrooms (reserve a few for the top). Add pizza cheese and remaining toppings. Cook 20 minutes at 450F.

Directions

Makes one extra large pizza cut in 12 pieces.
