Ingredients
-
eggs (as many as can fit in the dish you choose)
onion skins
1 T freeze-dried coffee
1 T olive oil (not actually consumed)
water
Directions
Choose a baking dish with a lid. Put a layer of onion skins across the bottom and sides. Put in as many raw eggs as the dish will hold, and then cover them with several more layers of onion skins. Over all of that, sprinkle a tablespoon or two of freeze-dried coffee, drizzle olive oil, and fill the baking dish with water.
Put on the lid, turn the oven to about 250 deg F, and go to bed. In the morning, take out your delicious eggs.
Note: for the onion skins - I usually go someplace they have loose onions. Fill a bag with skins and then add one onion so there will be something to weigh.
