Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon EVOO
    1/2 teaspoon Complete Seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 cups of Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and Drained (1 can 15 oz can)
    Diced tomatoes, onions, Bell peppers (Publix trinity mix 8 oz)
    2 tabelspoons fresh cilantro,
    Hot sauce (optional) a few drops

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Chill for 15 minutes for the flavors to blend. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
