Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Yogurt, plain, whole milk
    2 tbsp. Saco cultured buttermilk powder
    1 tbsp. Plain water, tap or filtered
    1/4 cup Dried minced onion flakes
    Salt, pepper, garlic granules to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for at least an hour so that the onions can plump up.

Serving size is 1/4 cup (4 tbsp.)

I like eating this as a dip (baby carrots, mmm), or I thin it with a little water and use it as a salad dressing. Less than 1/2 the calories as the same quantity of my favorite bleu cheese dressing!
