Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2.7 pounds lean ground beef (I use 90%)
    1 Tbsp Worcesteshire Sauce
    2 large eggs
    1 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp Penzey's BBQ 3000 seasoning

Directions

Makes 25 1.75 oz meatballs. Serving Size: 2 meatballs

1. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl using hands. Be sure to blend thoroughly.

2. Shape into 25 meatballs. Use a scoop if you have one to make sure each is the same size.

3. Place shaped meatballs in 9 x 12 baking dish. I use a metal cake pan.

4. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors blend a bit more.

5. Bake in 375 degree oven for at least 35 to 45 minutes. Meat should be brown throughout.
