Introduction

I always make this soup when I start a diet. I believe it is an old Weight Watchers recipe. It is quick to make and very filling. I always make a double batch. I like to keep it on hand for snacks and for those times when I need to feel extra full. I always make this soup when I start a diet. I believe it is an old Weight Watchers recipe. When I did WW the recipe I heard was 1 point (60 calories-ish) for 4 servings of:

    1 can tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    1 can chicken stock
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 packet ranch seasoning

after that, extra points for each add in (some are more points, some less)
