a great quick chili recipe to make a great quick chili recipe to make

    moose - 1 package of ground moose (you can use beef)
    cucumber - 1 cup chopped
    onion - 1 full chopped
    mushrooms - 1 cup chopped
    pepper (red, yellow, green etc) - 1 cup
    kidney beans (red or white) - 1cup
    tomato sauce (your choice) - 1 cup
    hot sauce - 2 tbs
    onion powder to flavour
    garlic powder or fresh to flavour

    cheese (your choice) -1 oz. to top


cook moose meat in small amount of water until well done add spices to flavour. in a seperate pan sautee onions for 3-5 min then add cucumber and pepper, sautee for 3-5 min then add mushrooms for 3 min. mix in with moose meat, then add tomato sauce and hot sauce, add in kidney beans. if mixture seems dry, add in some water.


**makes 4 (1.5-cup) servings
