Ingredients

    1 Lb white fish or tilapia fillets
    1 onion finely chipped
    1 med.tomato,sliced
    2 Ttbsp finely chopped dill
    10 manzanilla olices squared
    1 garlic clove minced
    2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

serves 4. at 4oz fillet each.
preheat oven to 400 degrees.
heat sautepan add olive oil and saute onions and garlic
until soft and light brown.
Spread cooked onions in bottom of baking dish arrange fish on top of onions, top with tomato slices,dill and olives.
Drizzle lemon juice over all. Bake for 10- 15 min or until fish flakes easily. serve with vegetables, potatoes or rice.
