Introduction

I came up with this recipe for easy and healthy dorm cooking I came up with this recipe for easy and healthy dorm cooking

Ingredients

    -patato 1 serving
    -garlic,3cloves
    -celery,raw
    -chicken breast, no skin (however much)
    -tomato sauce,1cup (canned no salted)
    -black pepper
    -salt
    -baby carrots
    -olive oil(optional)
    -tabasco (optional)
    -peanuts(optional)
    -walnuts(optional)


Directions

I cooked the dish in a rice cooker, so i did not add oil to my recipe. First, chop the chicken breast into pieces, and add some salt and pepper and chopped garlic cook in rice cooker until the meat was about to turn white. Then have the rest of the ingradients chopped and throw in the rice cooker.

check frequently add more salt and pepper if needed. the dish is done when the potato is soft. (if you prefer them crispy,done when stew boils).
