Ingredients

    1.2 lbs Jennie-0's Ground Turkey
    40 oz can Kidney Beans
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    14 oz jar spaghetti sauce
    onions, chilli powder, garlic, crushed red peppers, salt and splenda

    ** optional: Wheat elbow macaroni noodles, Fat free or Low fat Sour Cream, Fat free or Low Fat Cheese and jalapeno garnish.

Directions

After ground turkey and onions are fully cooked add all other incredients to the pot.

You can add onions and all seasonings (except sugar) while browning meat.
