Ingredients

* Spaghetti, Ezekiel 4:9, Sprouted Grain Pasta, 16 oz
* Tomatoes, Del Monte, Diced with Zesty Mild Green Chillies, 3.5 cup
* Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)
* Edamame, Cascadian Farm, Premium Organic Shelled Soybeans, 2 cups
* Lemon, 1 fruit without seeds
* Salt, 1 dash
* Pepper, black, 1 dash
* Paprika, 1 tsp
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Garlic, 2 tsp
* Olive Oil, 2 tsp
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to instructions; set aside 1/2 cup of pasta water.
2. Heat up olive oil in pan; add garlic and onions and saute until onions are translucent.
3. Add frozen edamame and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes; finally add spinach and sauce until slightly wilted.
4. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into pan; add paprika and 1/2 cup of pasta water that was set aside earlier.
5. Remove pan from heat.
6. Add pasta to pan and toss until thoroughly mixed.
7. Add salt/pepper to taste.
8. Serves 8.
