    1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 cup plain oats
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp sugar (optional)

Directions

Blend ingredients in blender till smooth. For best results cook in small pancakes on non-stick griddle or pan. Garnish w/fresh fruit.
