    *Barilla Medium Pasta Shells, 7 oz (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, .125 cup (remove)
    *Velveeta Cheese Product, 4 oz (remove)
    *Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    Muenster Cheese, 2 slice (1 oz) (remove)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Replace pot on burner and melt butter. Add flour and whisk until a roux forms. Add milk and stir until roux is fully incorporated and milk begins to thicken. Add cheeses. Makes 10 half-cup servings.
