Introduction

This is something I threw together using some left overs and was amazed at how tasty this was. Adjust Seas. to Your Taste. Is Very good with out the Gr Beef also. Ingredients

    1/4 c Long Grain Brown Rice (Cooked)
    1/4 c Black Beans
    1/4 c Seasoned Diced canned Tomatoes( I like the Italian)
    1 1/2teas Onion Powder
    1 1/2tsps Garlic Powder
    1-2 tsp Italian Seasoning(Tones) or to taste
    Flatout Light origanal Flat Bread 100% whole wheat
    1/4 cup Diced onion (oppional)

Directions

Cook Rice add onion to rice 1/2 way through so is softened,also adds alittle flavor to Rice. After rice is cooked and onion softened, add rest of the ingrediants and heat. Sread out 1/2 the Mixture on the Flatbread and roll. Makes 2 wraps.
