    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/3 cup margarine, room temperature
    1/4 water (aproximately)

1-4 oz container plain whole yogurt

1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp of water

Directions

1. Preheat oven. Butter and flour a 10" pan
2. Sift dry ingredients for crust. Add margarine and blend until the mixture looks like sand. I use a fork
3. Add water a little at a time until the sandy mixture holds together. You will probably need to add a little more de 1/4 water
4. Spread the dough on the pan with your fingers as evenly as possible. Poke holes in the crust with a fork and put in oven for 15 minutes.
5. Let cool slightly while you are making the filling.
6. Beat egg whites to hard peaks
7. Mix remaining ingredients for the filling and then gently fold in egg whites.
8. Pour filling into cooled crust and take to oven for another 20 min.
9. Once you insert a knife into the center and it comes out clean, turn off the oven and let cool.
