Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 cups cole slaw veggies (bought from store pre shredded)
    2 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
    2 tbsp Soya Sauce
    2 tbsp Low Calorie Ranch Dressing
    1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce
    2 cups cooked rice

Directions

1. Brown ground beef.
2. Add all other ingredients except rice. Cook til the mixture bubbles, cover, and turn off heat.
3. When rice is cooked, add rice to the mixture and stir.
4. Serve
