Introduction

This delicious hummus, with a hint of garlic and cumin is great as a dip or sandwich spread! This delicious hummus, with a hint of garlic and cumin is great as a dip or sandwich spread!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can Garbanzo Beans (save the liquid separately)
    3T Tahini (sesame paste)
    2T Olive Oil
    Juice of 1/2 Lemon
    1 Clove Garlic
    1 tsp Ground Cumin
    1 tsp Kosher Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    Couple dashes of Dried Parsley

Directions

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until your desired consistency. If hummus is still too thick, add liquid from canned garbanzo beans until desired creaminess. Add more salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.

Best if refrigerated for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Enjoy with fresh veggies, pita, flatbread, or on a sandwich!
