Introduction
This is an adation to the SP recipe. The substitutes were created because that's what I had in the kitchen! Necessity is the mother in invention, right? This is an adation to the SP recipe. Ingredients

Kellog's Raisin Bran Cereal - 3 cups
2 large Eggs
2 cups of flour
1 cup of 1%milk mixed with 2 tsps of vinegar
Honey - 1/4 cup
1 serving of the light diced peaches (I did not have applesauce so I just went with this!)
Directions
Take 1 cup of the cereal and add it to boiling water.
In your mixing bowl add all the wet stuff:
Eggs, Milk with vinegar, honey, peaches
Add the other 2 cups of the cereal
Put the dry stuff in a bowl and mix then, slowly add to the wet stuff in the mixer. Then lastly add the 1 cup of cereal and water.
Bake at 400 F for 20.
This will make alotta lotta muffins!
Also, you can bake some and then keep in the fridge for 2 weeks!
