    4 Avacado - chopped into bite size pieces
    1 Can Black Beans - drained
    1 Can Ro-Tel (diced tomatoes, green chilies) - drained
    1/4 Red Onion, chopped in to small pieces
    1/4 Bunch Cilaranto
    salt, peper, garlic salt & lime juice to flavor


Mix, chill and serve as side or dip.

Makes about 15 1/2-cup servings

  • It is really good...some times I don't add the salt and garlic salt and will pour just a dash of olive oil on with the lime juice and it tastes just as good without the seasonings either way it is a really yummy salad - 9/7/11
