Ingredients

    Jell-o Cook and Serve Lemon Flavored Pudding and Pie Filling - 1 box
    Non Fat Cream Cheese - 16 oz
    Egg Yolks - 3 large
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetner - 1 1/4 cups
    Water - 3 cups

Directions

Pepare Jell-o Lemon Pie Filling per instructions on box substituting Splena for sugar in the recipe. Add another 1/2 cup of Splenda and two 8 oz packages of non fat cream cheese to the mix as soon as the mixture begins to come up to temperature. Continue to heat the mixture stiring constantly with a wisk until it comes to a full boil. At this point you can pour the mixture into your serving dishes and move it to the refrigerator for cooling. Let cool for 3 to 4 hour before serving. Add berries and Cool Whip just prior to serving. I like big deserts so I divided this recipe into 6 servings, but you can divide it into smaller portions if desired.
