Ingredients

*Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 2 cup
Splenda 3/4 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp
Salt, 0.5 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, 01/8 tsp
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
Milk, nonfat, 2/3 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Vanilla Flavoring, 1 tsp.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat a nonstick 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper cups.
In a large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Make a well in the center.
In a medium bowl, combine canola oil milk, egg, vanilla. Add wet ingredient to dry mixture, followed by mashed bananas. Stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.
Fill muffins cups two-thirds full. Bake for 18-22 minutes.
