Ingredients

    1 C butter
    1 C packed brown sugar
    1 C quick oats
    2 C whole wheat flour
    1/2 C toasted wheat germ
    4 Eggs
    2 C chopped pecans
    1 C flaked coconut
    6 oz carob chips

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Combine flour, oats, and wheat germ. Gradually add to butter. Press into greased 13X9X2 pan.

Beat eggs until foamy. Stir in pecans, coconut and chips. Spread over crust.

Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Store in refrigerator

Makes 2 dozen 1X1 squares
