Ingredients

    *Foster Farm Turkey Italian Sausage, 5 serving (remove)
    *Russett Potato (1 Med. pot.=1 serv), 3 serving (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    Fat free half and half, 1 cup (remove)
    Basil, 5 leaves (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    safeway instant mashed potatoes, 0.3 cup (remove

Directions

peel and chop potato in small pieces.
put everything in your crockpot but sausage and mashed potatoes...
cook your sausage according to directions and cut into small pieces... mine had 5 links in the package.
add that to soup and cook 5/6 hours until potatoes are soft.
add 1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes 20 minutes before serving... it will thicken up your soup:)

makes 6 serving and if you do weight watchers it is 6pts... (point plus)
