Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups sugar
    1 cup canola oil
    2 large eggs
    1 - 18 oz package frozen blackberries, thawed and semi-crushed with juice

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup oat flour
    1/4 cup flaxseed meal
    1/2 cup oat bran
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 cup Kellogg's Low Fat Granola without raisins.

Directions

Mix Sugar, Canola Oil, eggs, and blackberries.

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Spoon into well-greased muffing tins.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 17 minutes.
