Introduction

This is a recipe my mom made for me when I was visiting her recently. This is a recipe my mom made for me when I was visiting her recently.

Ingredients

    4 Potatoes
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 pkg shake and bake

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and cube potatoes. In a bag or (a bowl with a tight fitting lid) add potatoes and oil. Shake to coat the potatoes. Then add the shake and bake and shake it up again. Place on a cookie sheet prepped with nonstick spray. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
