Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    * *Ketchup, Heinz, 4 tbsp (remove)
    * *Sucralose (like Splenda), 12 tsp (remove)
    * *Apple Cider Vinegar, 14 tbsp (remove)
    * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup (remove)
    * *Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Cornstarch, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Dice chicken into bite sized pieces. Dip into Egg Beaters, then coat with cornstarch. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Brown chicken on both sides, but do not cook through. Add chicken to a baking dish, one layer deep. Mix sauce with remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 325 for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
I like to saute red peppers, pineapple, and carrots with a little bit of extra sauce. I add this over top of the chicken. It is very filling.
