Directions

Serves 3

In small bowl combine beef broth, soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, 1 tsp. of the sesame oil and red pepper flakes until well blended. Set aside.

In large pot of boiling, slightly salted water cook spaghetti noodles 10 minutes or just tender.

While noodles are cooking, heat peanut oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey, green onions and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, about 4 minutes until turkey loses pink color. Stir in sauce mixture and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer about 4 minutes until sauce is thickened.

When sauce is almost done, drain noodles and place in serving bowl. Toss with remaining 2 tsp. of sesame oil.

Add turkey mixture and cilantro to noodles and toss to combine well. Top with cucumber strips and shredded carrot if desired.
