Introduction

Great for lunch or dinner, this is also super easy and you probably have the ingredients in your pantry right now. Great for lunch or dinner, this is also super easy and you probably have the ingredients in your pantry right now.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup celery, chopped small
    1-2 pickled jalapeno or hot pepper
    2 cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
    1 Tbsp spicy mustard
    2 Tbsp light mayonnaise (optional)
    Cajun seasoning to taste
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Chili powder to taste

Directions

Heat oil in skillet on medium.
Add onions, garlic & celery. Saute until softened.
In medium bowl, mix all the ingredients. That's it! Serve in sandwiches or on its own.
Makes 4 servings.
