Introduction

Ingredients

6 Tbsp of low salt soy sauce
2 cups of water(I use bottled)
1 tsp ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 chicken breast
1 can pineapple
1 onion
2 cups bean sprouts
1 frozen 10 oz bag of stir fry vegs
1 bunch, chopped asparagas
enough oil to cover your pan or spray oil
Directions
Dice the chicken breast in to dice size pieces. Heat oil in Pan. Drop into heated wok or fry pan. Cook until no longer pink. Cover.
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce and just enough water to make a paste. Add juice from canned pineapple.
Add all fresh vegies to chicken. cook until tinder. Add soy sauce mix. Stir until covered. Add frozen vegs and just enough water to steam. Serve over rice.
Makes about 6 1 cup servings
