Ingredients

    Half cup white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup oats
    2 large bananas, mashed
    6 oz Fage no fat yogurt
    Quarter cup egg substitute
    3 Quarter cup pecans, chopped

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Separately mix wet ingredients. Stir together wet and dry, then add nuts. Pour into muffin cups lined with paper liners. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
