Directions

Slit Roast and place garlic inside. Place in crockpot on Low. Mix Drink mix, beef broth, Worcestershire. Pour over roast into Crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours or more. Turn up to high, take 1 tablespoon of Drink mix and add it to the cornstarch and make a rue. Add this to the hot juices to create a gravy. Mash the potatoes add the milk and butter. Slightly cook the onions. Build on the plate.
