Ingredients

    1.2 lbs lean ground turkey
    1 can reduced sodium kidney beans
    1 can reduced sodium pinto beans
    1 can diced tomatoes with onions and bell peppers
    2 cups water
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 garlic clove
    1-2 tomatoes
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 cup onion
    1/2 green bell pepper
    ...And any other veggies you would like to throw in or substitute.

Directions

Brown turkey

Chop all veggies.

Rinse and drain beans.

Put all ingredients in pot on stove or crock.

Cook at a low temp, long time for better flavor.

Makes 6 hefty servings.
