Ingredients

1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon dred cranberries
0.25 cup Fiber One cereal
0.5 cup oats
0.33 cup whole wheat flour
0.25 cup artifical sweetner
2 tablespoons brown sugar
0.5 teaspoon baking powder
0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon non-fat coffee creamer
0.33 cup pureed peaches(I use one container baby food peaches)
0.25 cup pumpkin
0.25 cup egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven 375. Crush fiber one to bread crumb consistency. In a bowl, add crumbs, oats,flour,sweetner,brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well. In seperate bowl dissolve creamer in 2 tablesspoons of hot water. Add peaches, pumkin and egg whites and mix thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients. Add raisins and cranberries and mix well. Spray baking sheet and spoon batter in to 6 mounds. Flatten a bit with back of spoon. Bake 15 minutes. Makes 6 cookies.
