    Roast Beef - Slice, 12 oz (remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 12 strip, large (3" long) (remove)
    *zuchini, 3 serving (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, .5 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)
    *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 5 tsp (remove)
    Water, bottled, 100 grams (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

boil liquid ingredients
add spices
add meat and cook til flavorful
add vegetables and cook for another 15 minutes making sure veggies are still crisp
makes approximately 10 one cup servings
