Ingredients

    2L organic 2% milk
    1 cup organic fatfree yoghurt

Directions

Heat milk in a saucepan until it reaches 82C, let cook for a minute or two at that temperature, then cool down to 44C (I put the pan in a sinkful of cold water). Put in yoghurt maker, add 1 cup fatfree yoghurt and let the bacteria work their magic for 24 hours, at least. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
