Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup UNCOOKED brown rice (makes about 3 c cooked)
    2 cups frozen peas
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1/3 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese (8 svgs @ 2 tsp)
    2 oz. Silva linguica, sliced or chopped.

Directions

Makes four ample servings...
First, cook the rice in 2 cups water, as directed on package.
Then, spray an 8' casserole dish with cookin gspray and dump in the rice, frozen peas, the eggs (beaten) and the milk. Mix it all together to evenly distribute the ingredients. Add any seasoning you'd lik eat this point... Sprinkle the Parmesan and the linguica on top.
Finally, bake it all at 350 F for about twenty minutes (or microwave at half power) until the egg is cooked and the mild is absorbed.
Serve on small plates with a nice glass of wine - white or red!
