Ingredients

    2 cups raw onions, chopped
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    7 cups frozen corn
    7 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
    8 cups Rice Dream rice milk
    1 tbsp Morton Lite Salt
    .5 tbsp Onion powder
    1 tbsp Kirkland No Salt Seasoning

Directions

Saute onions in olive oil.
Combine all ingredients and heat over low to medium heat for 30 minutes.

Make about 15 servings. Serving Size 1 Cup.
