saw this spicy bbq chicken crockpot version on Sparkpeople and I had alternate ingredients so I entered it to be accurate on my meal tracker. 3 lbs Chicken breast boneless skinless
2 medium Onions sliced thin
3 T Distilled White Vinegar
3 T Heinz Worchestershire sauce (reduced sodium)
2 T Brown sugar (light)
Pepper, black, 1 dash
2 tsp Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning
1 cup Winn Dixie chicken broth low sodium
after you remove from crockpot to thicken sauce in seperate pan add the following
1T tomato paste
1 tsp ground red pepper
2 tsp cumin
used cornstarch to thicken approx 1/2 cup should do

place chicken in crockpot add onions. combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. cook 6 - 8 hrs on low. shred chicken with two forks when done.after you remove from crockpot to thicken sauce in seperate pan add the following
