Introduction
Low carbing and craving pizza. Try these and you won't go wrong. When buying pepperoni, I aways get the ones at the deli that are about 2 inches in diameter. They are larger than the ones you get on pizza. Low carbing and craving pizza. Try these and you won't go wrong. Ingredients
-
12 large size pepperoni slices
Filling: 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
2 cupps grated mozarella cheese
1/2 cup canned parmesan cheese
1 pkg chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
2-4 Tablespoons grated onion
1 teaspoon oregano dried
1 teaspoon basil dried
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Line a muffin tin with the pepperoni slices.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together very well with your hands. Divide the filling up among the 12 cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Let them sit for a minute to firm up a bit and then scoop them out. You may have to let them drain on a paper towel for a minute depending on how much grease your pepperonis have. You can top with pizza sauce if desired.
