Ingredients

    2 Lbs. Green Beans
    1 Lb. Boneless Pork Chops
    4 Tblsp. Sun Luck Chili Garlic Sauce
    1/2 cup vegetable broth (+/-)

Directions

Makes 4 generous 2 cup servings.

Tip, end and cut beans in two-inch pieces. Steam/pressure cook beans. Remove fat from chops and cut into 1/8" slices. Saute pork while beans cook. When both are cooked, add beans and chili garlic sauce to pork, sprinkle vegetable broth over the dish and stir until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Serve and enjoy!
