    # Spinach, fresh, 27 grams
    # Onions, raw, 32 grams
    # Avocados, California (Haas), 1 whole
    # Olive Oil, .25 1tsp
    # Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    # Pepper, black, 3 dash
    # Sea Salt, dash

Directions

Saute red onion and spinach in olive oil. Remove pulp from avocado and roughly chop, add to pan. Add spices and toss to coat. Cook for a minute or two just to warm. Top with 14g fat free feta.
